Established in 1998 by Susanne Wickham, Universal Payroll Associates has always focused on the customer experience. Our state of the art payroll software allows us to provide the same features as the big players in our industry with a more friendly, personalized, and affordable touch.
Unlike the larger payroll companies, we will assign you to a payroll specialist who is extremely knowledgable in all areas of payroll and payroll taxes. Your assigned specialist will be your point of contact for all of your payroll needs, but you will have the entire Universal Payroll staff by your side.
We pride ourselves on our dependability, which has allowed us to build a client base primarily through client and CPA referrals. Although we are a local payroll service bureau, we have a geographically diverse customer base, support multi-state businesses, and are equipped to process payroll for all 50 states.
